Tiffani Everett
(Curriculum
Vitae) Tiffani Everett has been a graduate student at the University of Georgia since 2005. She received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Akron (Akron, OH) in 2005 and her M.A. in Sociology from UGA in 2007. Her area of specialization is social psychology.
Tiffani's current research focuses emotions and identity. For her dissertation, she is examining how the source of an identity evaluation influences the emotions produced by that evaluation. Other past and current research topics of interest to Tiffani are identity disconfirmation in registered nurses, account-making and identity management, and the use of facial thermography to detect emotions.
Tiffani is also an affiliate and past laboratory manager for the Laboratory for the Study of Social Interaction.
