Faculty Research Database

The Faculty Research Projects database provides current undergraduates with a listing of on-going, faculty-mentored research projects. While there are numerous opportunities listed, this is not an exhaustive list and does not seek to be. Any full faculty member can serve as a research mentor and lead an Honors Undergraduate Research/Thesis course. Faculty who have posted their research projects here have worked with CURO students in the past and are eager to do so again.

Search

Open the Faculty Research Projects database search screen in a new browser window.

You may also search for a particular professor's name or by a specific discipline, school or department.

Register to Participate

CURO invites faculty to log on to the Faculty Research Project portion of our website and load your project. Once your project is loaded, the Associate Director of Honors will review and post the offering. Once the project is posted, the faculty member maintains the responsibility for regular and timely upkeep and, if the opportunity is no longer available, removal of the posting.

Create Your Listing

To create your listing, return to the Faculty Research Projects page and then click on the link labeled "Add Opportunity." This will bring up the sign-in screen, but as you have not registered a project before, you will need to click on the “here” link where it reads “If you have not registered with the CURO Web Site, click here.”

Follow the directions and submit your project for review and posting.

Should you encounter problems, please contact Matt Jordan (mejordan@uga.edu).

Edit an Existing Project

To access your listing for editing, return to the Faculty Research Projects page and then click on the link labeled "Edit Opportunity." Sign in and edit as necessary.

Should you encounter problems, please contact Matt Jordan directly (mejordan@uga.edu).
