CURO - Academic Credit
student researcher working on an art project

CURO operates on the premise that it is possible for undergraduate students and faculty members to cooperatively engage in the creation of knowledge. Working through CURO, passionate and engaged students can earn academic credit while pursuing research with experienced faculty mentors.

Gateway Seminars | Research Courses | Thesis Course

We encourage Honors and non-Honors students to participate in undergraduate research. Non-Honors students should possess a 3.4 cumulative GPA and have completed 30 semester hours.

And because students begin at many different points of knowledge and experience, CURO offers several different ways for students to get started with undergraduate research.
