Hunkering down at Harvard - Around the Arch
December 2008 Issue
UGA political science graduate Matthew Fuhrmann (Ph.D ’08) and Ph.D. candidate Bryan Early (’09), have been awarded fellowships at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. Both were involved in the Center for International Trade and Security at UGA, to which they attribute their recent achievements. Fuhrmann is a joint fellow with the International Security Program and the Project on Managing the Atom. Early will be participating in the Belfer Center’s Dubai Initiative. The Belfer Center is the hub of the Kennedy School of Government’s research, teaching, and training in international security affairs, environmental and resource issues, science and technology policy, and conflict studies.
