Dare to Design - Around the Arch December 2011 Issue Ivan Ingermann, assistant professor of costume design in the Franklin College Department of Theatre and Film Studies, designed the costumes for the national touring show Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream. With the help of his assistant and former student Ben Philipp (MFA ’08) he created more than 100 costumes for the production.
