Study abroad—for alumni

The Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources is proposing a study abroad program that would pair current students with alumni on a trip to the South Pacific. Warnell Professor Michael Tarrant, director of Studies Abroad in the South Pacific, is gauging interest in the program, which would be in December 2009. The "Inter-Generational Educational Travel Program" would encourage peer learning, with current students and alumni learning from each other in a field-based applied teaching environment.
