When you have identified a specific work of art that you would like to reproduce, please read the information below and contact the Registrar for Rights to Reproduction.
Photographs may be ordered for study use, personal use, lecture use, or approved reproduction purposes. Please be aware that only a portion of the thousands of works in the museum's collection have been photographed; therefore images you request may or may not be available in the format you prefer. In this case, the Registrar for Rights to Reproduction will discuss with you whether or not an alternative format is available and suitable for your purposes, as well as the option of ordering new photography.
For objects that have been photographed, the Georgia Museum of Art offers images in one or more of the following formats:
35mm color slide
8x10" black and white print
4x5" color transparency (available for rental only)

If you would like to request a digital image or use in a digital medium, please contact the Registrar for Rights to Reproduction for further information.
