Center for Research and Engagement in Diversity
Students | Research Opportunities
RED is a collective of diversity scholars and graduate students at the University of Georgia who are invested in and focused upon promoting equity, inclusion, social justice, and excellence. Our scholarship and professional work seeks to identify and understand the unique realities and strengths of groups that have been historically and socially marginalized in order to improve their opportunities for personal and professional growth, learning, effectiveness, and well being. Through our research and engaged scholarship we also hope to positively impact the institutions and communities in which we work and live.

Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities
Students | Research Opportunities
As part of the University of Georgia Honors Program, the Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities promotes opportunities for undergraduate students to engage in research with premier research faculty. CURO operates on the premise that it is possible for undergraduate students and faculty members to cooperatively engage in the creation of knowledge. Research faculty members who participate in the CURO program consider students partners in a learning community, and many students find that they develop mentoring relationships focused on conducting research.
