"The purpose of this Fraternity shall be to foster high ideals of friendship among college women, promote their educational and cultural interests, create in them a true sense of social responsibility and develop in them high qualities of character." Consistent with our Founders' thoughts in 1873, our primary purpose is to create an environment for our members in which lasting friendships and our vows of sisterhood emanate all aspects of our Fraternity.

Hello everyone!
My name is Vienna Coluzzi, and I have the incredible honor of serving as the chapter President of Delta Gamma at the University of Georgia. I am delighted to welcome you to our chapter! Through this website, I hope you’ll get a glimpse into what life is like at Delta Iota, explore our chapter’s achievements, and discover what makes this sisterhood so special.
I believe the Delta Gamma motto, “Do Good,” perfectly embodies the spirit of Delta Iota. Here, we are all driven by a shared commitment to service, both through Delta Gamma and across our campus. The Do Good Sisterhood serves as a constant reminder that we are part of something greater than ourselves, an organization built on collective purpose and meaningful impact. We are incredibly proud to be recognized for this commitment, having received national awards for our values, including the Patricia Peterson Daniel Award for Chapter Excellence and the Highest Number of Service Hours of All Delta Gamma Chapters.
Being a Delta Gamma has been such a blessing in my life. When I walked through those doors during recruitment, I immediately felt as though I found my home. Delta Iota is where I found my true sense of belonging and a space where I could be unapologetically myself. When sharing my “Why DG”, my answer has always been the same. The people truly make the place. The women of this chapter continue to inspire and uplift me every day. Delta Iota has provided me with lifelong friendships and connections that I will treasure forever.
To my sisters, I am endlessly grateful for your trust in me and for granting me the privilege of serving as your Chapter President. This role is my way of giving back to the chapter that has filled my life with so much love, support, and life-changing experiences. I am both humbled and honored to serve this chapter alongside my incredible officers and directors. Through this glimpse into our sisterhood, we hope you can see the deep bonds and unforgettable experiences that make our chapter so special.
