Magda Doyle

Magda is a doctoral candidate in Spanish Literature, with a concentration in Latin America, at the University of Georgia . Her research interests include Testimonial Literature and Literary Criticism in Latin American and the Caribbean .

Magda is a native of Nicaragua . She did her undergraduate studies in Nicaragua , receiving a BA in Economics at the Autonomous University of Nicaragua, in Managua . She subsequently completed her Master of Arts in Spanish Literature at Auburn University in 2000.

At the university level Magda has taught classes on Business Spanish I and II, Advance Conversation and Composition, Introduction to Spanish and Latin-American Literature, and a Seminar in Medical Spanish, among others.
