Intradepartmental Direct Charges

There are a number of services provided by the University of Georgia that will not require any effort by the organization treasurer for payment. The Campus Life Business Office will make an intra-departmental charge of your account for the service acquired.

Those services most often utilized by student organizations are:

1. Tate Center Print and Copy Services
2. Tate Center Equipment Set-up and Rental Services
3. Campus Life Van Rental
4. University Bookstore
5. Campus Mail Service
6. Central Office Supply
7. Campus Telephone
8. University Printing and Central Duplicating

Inquiries concerning direct charges to your account should be directed to the Campus Life Business Office.

Intra-University Payments

There are services provided by Departments within the University of Georgia which result in a single charge to your organization. The Department will send an invoice to the buying organization with an account number to credit. You will be required to complete an Intra-University Payment-Invoice Required form and attach the original invoice as well as one additional copy, other supporting documents and appropriate signatures to the Campus Life Business Office for processing and payment.
