Bus Card Policy

All BUS CARD requests are handled through Print & Copy Services, Room 121 Tate Student Center. All BUS CARDS must advertise an event sponsored by a registered student organization, a UGA department, or a U.S. government organization. Refer to the listing of registered clubs if you are unsure whether your organization is registered. The name of the sponsoring organization or department MUST appear on each poster. The Department of Campus Life reserves the right to disapprove any poster. All BUS CARDS will be posted by employees of the Print & Copy Services.

Reservations

BUS CARD reservations can be made when copy or camera-ready copy is submitted and an order form is completed. Space is given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment or a charge account number is expected at order time. Reservations are for a two week period. Ordinarily, BUS CARDS will be posted Sunday nights on approximately 36 UGA buses (one card per bus).

BUS CARDS are 11" by 17" (horizontal format), laminated (5ml), and trimmed to fit slots.

Art Services Available

For quality imprint, sharp black and white copy should be submitted at 100%. We reserve the right to charge for photo scans, artwork, touch-ups, paste-ups and multi-color work. Charges vary depending on the level of difficulty. The charge will be set once the order is received and verified.

Guarantee

Although your reservation is guaranteed, be aware that: We CANNOT guarantee that BUS CARDS will stay on the buses the entire two-week period because of conditions beyond our control that would cause the cards to fall down. We CANNOT guarantee placement on every bus. Due to bus schedules and maintenance, not all buses are available on Sunday nights.
