Senior engineering student Jessica Buday has found her way at UGA. A native of North Carolina, she wanted to go away to college, but wanted to stay in the Southeast. It has taken Mary Ard ten years to finish her bachelor’s degree. It’s not because she lacks ambition though. In fact, Ard is a 23 year employee of the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine who decided more than a decade ago that she really wanted to complete her undergraduate education.
