The Alternative Media Access Center (AMAC) relies on private donations, federal grants and state money to support its services for students with disabilities and the individuals who provide services to them.
All donations made to AMAC will be used for students with disabilities currently enrolled in or accepted to one of Georgia's 34 post-secondary institutions. Funds may also be provided to the disability service offices supporting these students for purchasing scanners and adaptive technology or subsidizing textbook costs and related expenses.
